Delivery Areas We currently deliver across South Africa. We offer local delivery to selected areas in the East Rand, including Sunward Park, Freeway Park, Elspark, Parkrand, Cinderella, and Van Dyk Park, as well as standard nationwide delivery via courier.

Delivery Timeframes

• Local delivery (East Rand areas): 1–2 business days
• Standard nationwide delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Age Verification In compliance with South African regulations, all orders are subject to age verification. You must be 18 years or older to purchase vaping products from DiscoVape. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where applicable.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
